1. Services Provided

HomeJoy Lawn & Landscaping offers lawn care, landscaping design, maintenance, seasonal services, and related outdoor services. Specific services will be outlined in your estimate, proposal, or service agreement.

2. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are based on the information available at the time of the quote.

• Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, changes in scope, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Any changes will be communicated and approved before additional work is completed.

3. Scheduling & Service Windows

• Services are scheduled based on availability, weather, and seasonal demand.

• We strive to maintain consistent service days but cannot guarantee exact times.

• Weather delays may impact scheduling and will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

• Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

6. Property Access

• Clients are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the service area.

• Please remove obstacles (toys, furniture, pet waste, etc.) prior to service.

• HomeJoy is not responsible for damage to items left in service areas.

7. Lawn & Property Conditions

• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as:

  • Poor soil quality

  • Pest infestations

  • Disease or plant failure

• Results may vary depending on weather, soil, and environmental factors.

8. Materials & Plantings

• Plant availability may vary by season and supplier.

• Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made with client approval.

• We do not guarantee plant survival unless explicitly stated in writing.

9. Liability

• HomeJoy Lawn & Landscaping is fully insured.

• We are not liable for:

  • Underground utilities not properly marked

  • Damage caused by hidden or unknown hazards

• Clients must notify us of any known risks prior to service.

10. Satisfaction Commitment

We take pride in delivering high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

11. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services due to:

• Unsafe working conditions

• Non-payment

• Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior

12. Changes to Terms

HomeJoy Lawn & Landscaping may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
